15-Minute One-Pot Dhal
Serves 2 as a main
A quick Indian-inspired vegan red lentil dhal, built in one pot from fried aromatics, tomato and turmeric.
| 200 g split red lentils | Rinse lentils until water runs clear | Add lentils, boiling water & turmeric | Simmer 10–15 min, adjust salt | Serve topped with garnishes | |
