3 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature	Beat cream cheese until smooth	Mix in sour cream, sugar & vanilla, 2 min	Fold in grapes gently until coated	Cover & chill until serving	Top with pecans & brown sugar

1 Tbsp vanilla extract
2.3 kg seedless grapes (half red and half green)	Wash grapes, remove stems, dry completely
60 g pecans, finely chopped
100 g brown sugar
