Crispy, savory crackers made from sourdough starter, cheddar, and warm spices, baked until golden.
| prepPreheat oven to 350°F / 175°C | ||||||
| 230 g / 1 cup sourdough starter, active or discard, stirred down | Mix dough, knead until cohesive | Divide in half, chill 24 hr (optional) | Roll between parchment to 1/16 inch | Cut into squares, prick, sprinkle salt | Bake 350°F / 175°C, 30–40 min, rotate halfway | Cool on tray until crisp |
