| 200 g dry black eyed peas, soaked & rinsed | Soak peas 30 min, rinse | Add peas, sauté 1-2 min | Add tomato, bay leaf, dill, pepper | Cover with hot water, simmer 30-40 min | Remove bay leaf, season with salt | Serve with parsley |
