Lamb Pita with Dilly Minty Yogurt Sauce

Ground lamb sautéed with warm spices, served in fresh homemade pita with tomatoes, lettuce, red onion, and a bright dill-mint yogurt sauce.

| 1 bunch fresh dill | Blend dill, mint, lemon & yogurt into sauce | Drizzle sauce, add cheese & serve | |

| 2/3 cup / 160 ml Greek yogurt (for sauce) | |||
| 2 cups / 240 g self-rising flour | Mix flour & oil, knead & rest dough | Roll & cook pita in skillet, 2–3 min per side | |
| 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil (for dough) | |||
| 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil (for lamb) | Sauté lamb with spices & tomato paste | Stuff pita with lamb, veg & serving yogurt | |
| 1 pound / 450 g ground lamb | |||
| 1 teaspoon chili powder | |||

| 1 teaspoon ground cumin | |||
| 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric | |||
