Cheeseburger Egg Rolls
Makes 12 egg rolls
Crispy fried egg rolls filled with seasoned ground beef, cheddar cheese, and pickles.
| prepPreheat oven to 350°F / 175°C in a deep skillet | |||||||
| 450 g ground beef | Sauté onion in oil until translucent | Cook beef, breaking it up, season with salt & pepper | Stir in garlic, mustard & Worcestershire | Drain grease, transfer to bowl | Stir in cheese until melted, fold in pickles | Fill wrappers, fold & seal with egg white | Fry 350°F / 175°C, 1–2 min per side until golden |
