A fresh Middle Eastern herb salad with bulgur wheat, tomatoes, cucumber, parsley and mint, dressed with lime juice and olive oil.
| prepWash bulgur wheat and soak in water 5–7 min, then drain very well by squeezing by hand to remove excess water. | |||
| 120 g fine bulgur wheat, soaked and drained | Combine bulgur, vegetables, herbs & salt | Add lime juice & olive oil, mix | Chill 30 min, transfer to platter |
