Quick stir-fried udon with ground pork, ginger, garlic and Asian greens in a sesame-soy glaze.

| 2 packs (400 g) pre-cooked udon noodles | Cook noodles, drain & toss with sesame oil | Add noodles, soy sauce & chilli, stir until combined | Plate & top with spring onion green & sesame seeds | |||
