Flourless cookies made from blended chickpeas, nut butter, and oats, studded with chocolate chips.
| prepPreheat oven to 350°F / 175°C | |||||
| 1 (15 oz / 425 g) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed | Process chickpeas, nut butter, flour, sugar, syrup, vanilla & spices until smooth | Pulse in chocolate chips to combine | Scoop onto parchment-lined sheet, top with extra chips | Bake 350°F / 175°C, 11–15 min | Cool, sprinkle with salt flakes |
