| 2 x 400 g tins chickpeas, drained and rinsed | Mash chickpeas | Mix in flour, spices, garlic, zest, parmesan, parsley & egg | Form into 12 patties | Heat oil, fry first 6 patties 5-6 min | Keep warm in oven | Heat remaining oil, fry last 6 patties 5-6 min | Serve with sweet chilli sauce & salad |
