4 chicken breasts	Slice chicken partway, ½ cm / ¼ in apart			Cool filling, stuff into chicken	Bake 350°F / 180°C, 18–22 min
4 rashers bacon, chopped	Cook bacon until crispy	Stir in spring onions, cook 1 min	Add cream cheese, melt
2 spring onions, chopped
