A warm, savory one-pot breakfast of silken tofu and soft-set eggs in garlic chili sauce, ready in 15 minutes with ~36g protein.

| 3 garlic cloves, minced | Mix garlic chili sauce | Spoon garlic chili sauce over tofu & eggs | Cover & steam, 1–2 min | Uncover & simmer until eggs set, 30 sec–2 min | Garnish with reserved green onion & sesame seeds | ||
