Authentic Chana Masala (Chickpea Masala)

A fragrant Indian chickpea curry with caramelized onions, tomatoes, and warm spices, simmered until thick and aromatic.

| 200 g dried raw chickpeas (or 3 cups soaked or 2 × 15 oz cans) | Pressure cook chickpeas 5–6 whistles, let pressure drop naturally | Add cooked chickpeas with stock & water, mix well | Simmer covered 15 min until thick | Stir in amchur & kasuri methi | Garnish with coriander leaves, serve with rice or bread | |||||
