| 14 oz / 400 g paneer, cubed | Mix paneer, peppers, onion, spices & yogurt | Marinate 2 hours or overnight | Add paneer mixture, cook until charred, 5–7 min | Spread chutney mayo, add paneer, cheese, laccha onions, chaat masala, sauce & serve |
