A bright, chunky fresh salsa made in a food processor from fire-roasted tomatoes, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime.
| 1 clove garlic, roughly chopped | Pulse garlic, add tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime & salt | Process until mostly smooth, scrape sides | Season to taste with lime juice & salt |
