One Pot Creamy Beef Pasta

Serves 4
Ground beef, onion and garlic simmered with tomato, stock and cream in one pot with pasta until creamy and tender.

| olive oil, as needed | Fry onion until golden, add garlic & beef | Stir in spices & tomato puree, fry 1 min | Add stock, passata, cream, Worcestershire & pasta | Simmer, stirring often, until pasta al dente | Check seasoning, serve with parsley |

| 600 ml / 2 1/2 cups beef stock, warm | |||||
| 500 ml / 2 cups tomato passata | |||||
| 180 ml / 3/4 cup double cream, room temperature | |||||
| 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce | |||||
| 300 g / 10.5 oz uncooked conchiglie pasta | |||||
