Easy Miso Salmon

Pan-broiled salmon fillets glazed with a smooth miso-soy mixture, ready in under 40 minutes.

| 2 tablespoons light or yellow miso | Whisk miso glaze until smooth | Pat salmon dry, place skin side down, brush with glaze | Broil 4–10 min (thin to 1-inch thick), 125–130°F center | Brush with more glaze, garnish & serve |
