| 20 fresh peppers of your choice (Fresno, Cayenne, Jalapeno are good ones) (180 g) | Cut tops off peppers, slice in half lengthwise | Simmer peppers, vinegar, salt & garlic 10 min | Blend until liquefied | Add extra pepper for heat, re-blend & taste | Cool, jar & refrigerate |
