Sub In a Tub (Jersey Mike's Viral Copycat Recipe)

A deconstructed Italian sub salad with chopped lettuce, deli meats, cheese, peppers and tomatoes tossed in an oregano vinaigrette.

3-4 cups chopped iceberg or romaine lettuce	Chop salad ingredients	Toss salad with dressing, add rolls if using
10-12 cherry tomatoes, halved
½ medium red onion, sliced
60 ml sliced pepperoncini or banana peppers, chopped
4 slices / 85 g provolone cheese, chopped
4 slices / 85 g deli turkey, chopped
4 slices / 55 g deli salami, chopped
1-2 small soft Italian rolls, chopped (optional)
45 ml extra-virgin olive oil	Whisk dressing until blended
45 ml red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon fine sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
