Molten Lava Cake Cookies

Makes 16 cookies

prepPreheat oven to 350°F / 175°C
prepLine large baking sheet with parchment paper
1¾ cups / 232 g all-purpose flour	Whisk dry ingredients		Beat in dry ingredients until combined	Scoop, fill with fudge & seal	Bake 350°F / 175°C, 8–10 min	Cool on pan 15 min, transfer to rack	Dust with powdered sugar while warm
½ cup / 50 g unsweetened cocoa powder
1 (3.4 oz / 110 g) box instant chocolate fudge pudding mix, unprepared
2 tablespoons / 10 g powdered milk
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup / 220 g granulated sugar	Cream sugar & butter, 1 min	Beat in egg, yolk, milk & vanilla
½ cup / 113 g salted butter, softened
1 large egg, room temperature
1 large egg yolk, room temperature
2 oz / 60 ml whole milk, room temperature
1½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
½ cup hot fudge sauce
powdered sugar, for dusting
