Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Tender muffins studded with chocolate chips, made by folding a dry flour mixture into mashed banana and egg.

| 1 1/2 cups / 180 g all-purpose flour | Whisk flour, baking soda, salt & sugar | Fold dry into wet, then fold in chocolate chips | Divide batter among muffin cups, top with chips | Bake 375°F / 190°C, 17–20 min until toothpick clean |
