Easy coronation chicken

Serves 4-6

Shredded cooked chicken bound in a mild curry-spiced mayonnaise with mango chutney and sultanas.

90 ml mayonnaise	Mix mayo, curry, cinnamon, chutney & sultanas	Stir in chicken & water, season & serve
2-3 tsp mild curry powder to taste
½ tsp ground cinnamon
30 ml mango chutney
1-3 tbsp sultanas or to taste
500 g shredded cooked chicken
