12 oz / 340 g package spaghetti	cook spaghetti per package directions		drain spaghetti; add to beef mixture	transfer to dish; bake covered 350°F / 175°C, 30 min	uncover, top with cheese; bake 5 min until melted
1-1/2 lb / 680 g ground beef	cook beef, pepper & onion; drain	stir in tomatoes through cayenne
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (14-1/2 oz / 410 g) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (8 oz / 225 g) tomato sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
3/4 cup / 85 g shredded cheddar cheese
