| 2 1/4 cups / 281 g all-purpose flour (spooned & leveled) | Whisk dry ingredients | Beat in dry ingredients & chocolate chips | Scoop & bake 350°F / 177°C, 12–13 min | Cool on sheet 5 min, transfer to rack | Assemble sandwiches with ice cream & coating | Freeze at least 3 hours |
