| 1 tbsp corn starch | Whisk sauce: cornstarch, water, broth, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, red pepper | Pour sauce over chicken & vegetables, stir gently to combine | Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, 1 min | ||

| 1/4 cup / 60 ml low sodium chicken broth | |||||
| 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce | |||||
| 1/4 cup / 60 ml honey | |||||
| 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil | |||||
| 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes | |||||
| 1 lb / 450 g boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes | Cook chicken, season with salt & pepper, 3–5 min until cooked through | Return chicken to skillet, stir to combine | |||
