A chilled Mexican rice drink, blended smooth with cinnamon and vanilla, strained and mixed with milk.

| 300 g uncooked long-grain white rice | Blend rice, cinnamon & water until rough | Add remaining water, blend again | Refrigerate 8 hrs or overnight | Strain through fine mesh, discard solids | Stir in milk, vanilla, cinnamon & sugar | Chill, stir well & serve over ice |
