Soft, cake-like cookies made with mashed banana, oats, and nut butter; naturally sweetened and studded with dried fruit.
| prepPreheat oven to 350°F / 175°C | |||||||
| prepLine a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat baking mat | |||||||
| 240 ml mashed bananas (2 large bananas) | Combine banana, nut butter, syrup, egg & vanilla | Stir in oat flour, cinnamon, baking soda & salt | Stir in oats, raisins & chocolate chips | Rest dough 5–10 min | Scoop onto sheet, ~2 tbsp per cookie | Bake 350°F / 175°C, 10–14 min until set | Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, cool 5 min on sheet |
