Chocolate Brownie Chunk Ice Cream

24 hrs (mostly freezing)

A rich chocolate ice cream base made with cocoa and cream cheese, frozen and churned with brownie chunks stirred in.

1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened	Microwave cream cheese 10 sec	Whisk in cocoa, sugar & vanilla	Mix in cream & milk until smooth	Freeze in CREAMi pint 24 hrs	Churn on ICE CREAM program	Stir in brownie chunks, MIX-IN	Serve immediately
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/3 cup / 80 g granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup / 180 ml heavy cream
1 cup / 240 ml whole milk
1/4 cup brownie chunks, for mix-in
