A no-bake mint-chocolate pie with a marshmallow-cream filling set in an Oreo crust, inspired by the New Orleans cocktail.

| 2⅓ oz / 65 g salted butter | Melt butter, blitz cookies, press crust, chill 2 hrs | Spoon filling into crust, chill overnight | Sprinkle reserved crumb, remove from tin, serve | |

| 7 oz / 200 g marshmallows | Melt marshmallows in milk, add liqueurs, cool 10 min | Whip cream with food coloring to soft peaks, fold in marshmallow mixture | ||
