Soft, chewy cookies with melted chocolate chips, made by creaming butter and sugar, then folding in chocolate.

| 300 g / 10.5 oz flour | Mix flour, baking soda & salt | Whisk in flour mixture, fold in chocolate chips | Scoop onto lined sheet, flatten slightly | Bake 350°F / 180°C, 10–12 min until golden | Cool 10 min before serving | |
