Easy and Delicious Potsticker Soup Recipe

A light broth-based soup with sautéed aromatics, tender Napa cabbage, and potstickers simmered until cooked through.
| 1 tbsp / 15 ml olive oil | Sauté onion & carrots, medium heat, 5–7 min | Stir in garlic & ginger, cook 1 min | Add stock, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil & red pepper; bring to boil | Reduce heat to medium, add cabbage & green onions, simmer 3–4 min | Add dumplings, simmer 4–6 min until cooked | Season with salt & pepper, garnish with cilantro & sesame seeds |
