Easy Homemade Pizza Dough

A quick yeast dough for pizza, mixed in one bowl and ready to top and bake in under an hour.

| 240 ml warm water (105°F / 40°C) | Combine water, yeast & sugar; let sit 5 min until frothy | Stir in olive oil | Add flour & salt; mix until ball forms | Knead on floured surface until smooth, 5–10 min | Cover & let rise 10 min to 1 hr (optional) | Roll into shape, place on parchment; top as desired | Bake on pizza stone 500°F / 260°C, 11–14 min until golden | Cool on wire rack 5–10 min before serving |
