prepPreheat oven to 410°F / 210°C
prepLine 10 inch / 25 cm springform pan with parchment paper, extending past edges
1000 g Philadelphia cream cheese	Combine all ingredients until smooth	Pour into pan, bake 410°F / 210°C, 35–50 min	Cool on counter 1 hr, then chill 2+ hrs
