Crispy baked and air-fried tofu cubes coated in a tangy-sweet orange sauce with garlic, ginger, and sesame.

| 1 (14 or 16 oz / 400–450 g) block firm or extra-firm tofu | Cut tofu, season with oil & spices | Bake 425°F / 220°C, 30–35 min, toss halfway | Air fry 400°F / 200°C, 18–20 min, shake every 5 min | Toss in crispy tofu & green onion greens, serve |
