A fudgy dark chocolate brownie with white and milk chocolate chunks, made by folding melted chocolate into whipped eggs and sugar.
| prepPreheat oven to 180°C / 160°C fan / gas 4 | |||||||
| prepLine a 20 cm square tin with foil or baking parchment | |||||||
| 185 g / 6.5 oz unsalted butter | Melt butter & dark chocolate over hot water | Cool melted chocolate to room temperature | Fold in cooled chocolate mixture gently | Fold in flour & cocoa powder gently | Stir in chocolate chunks | Pour into tin, level & bake 350°F / 180°C, 25–30 min | Cool completely in tin before cutting |
