Chewy oatmeal cookies with raisins, molasses, and cinnamon; creamed butter and brown sugar keep them soft.

| 226 g unsalted butter, softened to room temperature | Cream butter & sugars until smooth | Beat in eggs until combined | Mix in vanilla & molasses | Mix dry into wet on low speed | Beat in oats, raisins & walnuts on low | Chill dough 30–60 min | Roll into balls, place 2 inches apart | Bake 350°F / 177°C, 12–14 min until lightly browned | Cool on sheet 5 min, transfer to rack |
