| 1 1/4 cups / 156 g all-purpose flour (spooned & leveled) | Whisk flour, cocoa, baking soda & salt; mix in chips | Add dry ingredients & hot water; beat on low until combined | Pour into pan; sprinkle chocolate chips on top | Bake 350°F / 177°C, 60–65 min, cover with foil halfway | Cool in pan on wire rack, 1–2 hr | ||
