Chocolate Brownies

prepPreheat oven to 350°F / 175°C

1 cup / 230 g melted butter	Whisk butter & sugar until blended	Mix in eggs & vanilla until combined	Stir in melted cocoa until consistent	Fold in chopped chocolate until combined	Spread in tray, bake 350°F / 175°C, 20–25 min, cool
2 cups / 400 g sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
4 oz / 115 g unsweetened cocoa, melted
4 oz / 115 g semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup / 95 g flour	Sift & mix in flour, cocoa powder, salt
1/4 cup / 25 g cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
