Chocolate Sauce

1 cup / 240 ml half-and-half	heat half-and-half, melt butter in	add dry mix to pan, heat through	stir in vanilla, chips, salt; thin if needed
2 tbsp butter
1 cup / 200 g sugar	mix sugar and cocoa separately
2/3 cup / 65 g cocoa powder
1/4 tsp vanilla
chocolate chips (optional)
salt to taste
