Watermelon Kiwi Popsicles

Makes 10 popsicles

Two-layer frozen pops with watermelon base and kiwi top, set in molds and frozen solid.

prepPrepare 10 popsicle molds
1/2 small seedless watermelon, cut into chunks and pureed (480 ml)	Puree watermelon, fill molds 3/4 full	Freeze 30 min to firm	Fill molds to top, insert sticks, freeze 4 hrs	Unmold: immerse in hot water 5 sec
4-5 kiwi fruit, peeled, chunked, and pureed (240 ml)	Puree kiwi, stir in honey
1 tsp honey (or more to taste)
