8 oz / 227 g salted butter, softened	Cream butter and sugars	Mix in dry ingredients	Fold in chocolate chips	Scoop, shape & bake 375°F / 190°C, 8–10 min	Cool on pan 5 min, transfer to rack
232 g / 1 cup granulated sugar
213 g / 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 tsp pure vanilla extract	Beat in eggs and vanilla
2 large eggs
410 g / 2¾ cups all-purpose flour	Whisk dry ingredients
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
12 oz / 340 g chocolate chips
