Classic Chocolate Brownies

4 oz / 115 g semi-sweet chocolate baking bar, chopped	Melt chocolate and butter	Mix in sugar and vanilla	Beat in eggs	Fold in flour mixture	Stir in chocolate chips	Bake 350°F / 175°C, 25–30 min	Cool 10 min, cut into squares
1/2 cup / 115 g butter, unsalted, cut into pieces
1 cup / 220 g brown sugar, packed
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
3/4 cup + 2 tbsp / 200 g all-purpose flour	Sift together dry ingredients
1/4 tsp baking powder
3/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup / 85 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
