Cadbury's Hedgehog Cake
Serves 20–25 children
A dome-shaped chocolate sponge cake iced with cocoa buttercream, decorated with chocolate button 'prickles' and a cherry nose to resemble a hedgehog.

| 175 g / 6 oz margarine | Cream margarine & sugar, beat in eggs with flour | Sieve flour, baking powder & cocoa, fold in; add milk if dry | Turn into basin, smooth top, bake 180°C / 350°F, 60 min | Cool cake, spread icing on flat top, cut in half & sandwich | Spread icing over cake, form snout, arrange button prickles | Drag fork along icing, add cherry nose & marshmallow eyes |
