Sub In a Tub (Jersey Mike's Viral Copycat Recipe)

A deconstructed Italian sub salad with chopped lettuce, deli meats, cheese, peppers and tomatoes tossed in a red wine vinaigrette.

3-4 cups chopped iceberg or romaine lettuce	Chop salad ingredients, combine in bowl	Toss salad with dressing & roll, serve
10-12 cherry tomatoes, halved
½ medium red onion, sliced
¼ cup / 60 ml sliced pepperoncini or banana peppers, chopped
4 slices (3 oz / 85 g) provolone cheese, chopped
4 slices (3 oz / 85 g) deli turkey, chopped
4 slices (2 oz / 55 g) deli salami, chopped
1-2 small soft Italian rolls, cubed (optional)
3 tablespoons / 45 ml extra-virgin olive oil	Whisk dressing until blended
3 tablespoons / 45 ml red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon fine sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
