| prepButter a 2 lb loaf tin and line the base and sides with baking parchment | ||||||
| 140 g / 5 oz butter, softened, plus extra for the tin | Cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy | Beat in eggs & a little flour | Fold in baking powder & bananas | Pour into tin, bake 180°C / 160°C fan, 50 min | Cool in tin 10 min, turn out to rack | Drizzle icing & decorate with banana chips |
