Mushroom Risotto

| 500 g / 1 lb mushrooms, sliced 3 mm / 1/8" thick | Sauté first batch mushrooms until golden | Fold in half the mushrooms, reheat reserved mushrooms | Ladle into bowls, top & garnish, serve | |
