The BEST Tater Tot Casserole

prepPreheat oven to 375°F / 190°C
prepLightly grease an 8 or 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray
1 lb / 450 g lean ground beef	Brown ground beef	Layer & assemble casserole	Bake 375°F / 190°C, 35–40 min
1/2 onion, diced	Sauté onions 4–5 min
2 cloves garlic, minced	Cook garlic 1 min
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce	Stir in Worcestershire & season
salt and pepper to taste
15 oz / 425 g can green beans, drained
10.75 oz / 305 g can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups / 225 g shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups / 285 g frozen tater tots
