Cold Coffee Recipe (Cafe Style)

A frothy, creamy iced coffee drink blended with milk, ice cream, and chocolate syrup for a café-style finish.

prepPour chocolate syrup inside serving glasses, chill 5 min
1½ to 2 tablespoons instant coffee (or 60 ml strong cold brew or filter coffee decoction)	Blend coffee, sugar & warm water until frothy	Add milk, ice & ice cream, blend 2 min until creamy	Pour into chocolate-lined glasses, top with ice cream & syrup
50 g fine sugar (or powdered sugar, adjust to taste)
60 ml luke warm water
360 ml full fat milk (chilled)
4 to 6 ice cubes (or milk cubes)
2 scoops vanilla ice cream (optional, for blending)
30 ml chocolate syrup (or choco chips or chocolate, optional)
2 scoops vanilla ice cream (optional, for garnish)
